Yet one wonders where the role of bosses or that of supervisor staff came into play or into the limelight ?????
At the worst it could be said that at least the women of the night are performing an important social function and have some value in life , and as well are performing an honest days work

Not so with most politicians ( especially the current crop) and most bosses or supervisors

It might be well said that America and American politicians are not involved in a true “democracy”
I voted Republican / Democrat because my father / pappy did is the  refrain of most

It can be said that the situation is not unlike that in a country town with two drugstores

Troublesome customers can go back and forth between the two establishments with their imagined woes

On top of that , when problems arise ( as they are bound to do in life) , the customer can go to the “other one” to come back later

Thus if problems do happen on the job , or in interactions the establishment / management is never held to task or asked to be truly accountable

75 % of the executives in these ” high positions  and jobs”   say they are on the verge of burnout or suffering from extreme fatigue.

Disability claims among these government workers as a whole are climbing with 30 to 40 % estimated to be for depression.  Indeed mental health claims doubled between the years 1997 and 2007 and now account for fully 45 %  of all claims.

What could be the reason for these problems in paradise ?

What is stated by the participants is that there is a quandry of meetings , distractions and more meetings, utlimately with no one in charge.

Go figure !  One might of thought that it was only in the private sector that one would have these problems.  The civil service is generally regarded as a low stress , but stable job.  On top of that add in unions , the power of union grievances as protection and ultimately early and lucrative pensions

Government workers generally hide behind the power of facade of government – the “crown ” in Canada . “Crown Corporations ” even though allegedly privatized , can not be held liable for their actions or damages.

So what is the problem ? “What’s the frequency Kenneth ?” .  If you cannot stand the heat get out of the kitchen.  Or is it too cushy and you are afraid to “get a real job”.

You might think that your boss or supervisor was put on earth by the creator him or herself for that very role in the universe – in the creation of things , events , places and situations in the entire universe .

How grandiose and downright preposterous .

You might well think that your manager grew up in the family of an alcoholic top down management style  of  the Romans,  a biker gang , General Motors or perhaps the railway.

Some things remain in the blood so to speak , and can never be learnt over , or unlearned.

What a waste of time.  Most people somehow complete their work, satisfy their customer base all somehow working around or in spite of their management  and  “head office”

Perhaps it can be viewed that the creator put your boss on earth as a personal test to yourself , your work ethics , morals and scruples.
