Usually for a worker or employee to leave their job its seldom about pay , benefits , the company car or even because of organizational departments.. Rather its often always circles around that they are not getting along with their direct supervisor. Then again it might be similar to ladies of the night handing over most of their take to their pimp / manager as they are in deep love with them – or again reliving family of origin relationship background issues.

In warning it might be said that the perspective supervisor should do their best to give candidates a better opportunity to determine whether this is the sort of person or personality that can respect and develop a good rapport with. If they feel or determine that there is a good fit or “chemistry” with the supervisor , then , if hired,that there is a good chance – or better that they will emerge as a happier and more engaged employee.
