]]> It might well be said in life that the lesson is that ultimately we control little and we have little control over others and ultimately even ourselves.
Yet many types continue this passion to the gates of insanity or at least into their lives of managers.

You would think that this lesson would be apparent to these people of high intelligence and motivations (?) ….. You might think that they would be most concerned about the time spent away from employees . Yet it seems their biggest preoccupations seem to be proving to their staff the golden rule – that is alternatively “those that have the gold rule ” or “the rules are golden and they are My Rules”.

It might be said “Who Cares ?” or ” Little things for little minds”
Yet these types persist – into the gates of insanity or at least abject foolishness or foolhardiness.
Worse yet its a case of monkey see , monkey do as they follow the example and examples of long gone or long dead managers who preceded them.

What a bunch of stupid people and downright morons !

It can be said and summarized – what a waste of time , who needs it and you would be better off to have stayed home in bed rather than be subjected to just foolishness and downright waste of time.

Yet it all goes under the guise of  “Management “  and “Management Prerogative”

First the whole exercise sounds rather sterile , even more than elitist, coupled with Nazi like understandings of an issue similar to the concept of “The Jews are Our Misfortune”.

What might this list be in terms of employee satisfaction alternatives :

1) Increase salaries ( bad for profit levels)

2) Improve working environment and environments – again not good for bottom line profit  levels and more importantly it reduced the perceived value of the “perks”  given to management in relation to the peons doing the work and bringing home the “bacon”

“Perks of management”  have been defined and described by some as anything given to management for free that can not really be justified financially or by any other means.

Its all in relation to who has what.  Not unlike men comparing the size of the penises of the hard drives on their laptop computers.

What  a bunch of morons.  In the end the assignment will be to conduct and employee satisfaction survey or survey and both ignore any results and information obtained while penalizing and deriding any “wrong answers”.

It all comes down to plain foolishness and downright stupidity.  “I’m the boss”.

First of all the guy spouts slogans – “Agent of Change…..”  rah , rah , rah

Sort of sounds like your boss – who knows little – has little experience but is going to tell you what to do – all with a sort of smile and twinkle in his eyes – the look of the kiss of death

He knows everything .  “I accept responsibility …..”  …………   ………. …….

Yet when confronted with evidence of wrongdoing – lies , evades and backpedals.

He / she / it advises you on proactive planning  , has you complete extensive business plans…… etc.

Big on self evaluation – for the better for you in your case- yet when confronted that he sat through a racist demigod speeches – news to me ….. I never hear this…… etc etc etc

Yet when confronted that his biggest friends and buddies had terrible pasts – bombers etc -  he was a fine person and authority figure in the Chicago community.

The list goes on .   Americans you have nobody to blame but your own foolishness.

Look in the mirror.

Again and again your stupid boss will ask , demand , that you learn and adopt, do more, produce more with less resources , give 110 % while comparing your stats and numbers to another slave who is also being threatened with loss of job 24/7. What makes these stupid managers run and as well think that they are “god’s gift to the world”?

It’s as if you take an expensive course assigned by the company and management. Management has taken this expensive leading edge course. You know so because the buzz words had appeared in conversation (dictates) from your boss within the last several months. The words are placed in conversations as if “I know, and you do not” and thus I am superior to you. The course is on “targeting”. More sales or production or whatever can be gained by “targeting” your efforts whatever they are rather than broadcasting your efforts and running around wily nilly. On top of that you know that if you and your “team” do not perform well in the results of the course, the numbers, will certainly be recorded in your file “for future reference” to “help and assist you”

The team does remarkably well. The next visit and meeting your boss you ask for insight and reflection on application of the principles of the course towards your work. Your boss looks at you raises his arm and yells out “You have to get out there and blitz, blitz , blitz”. Stupid idiot and idiots.

You may well wonder that if North America is the best example in the industrialized world of business efficiency and effectiveness what are the worse examples like. Sounds like management by a family of alcoholics.

- Two career families will multiply – this is news to anyone

- If you are under 30 , you can expect to change careers on a frequent basis – every decade at the least , and jobs every four years. Watch the highly trained interviewer go on and on and stress the benefits of the firm , while not mentioning or realizing that you will be there no more than 4 years , and that the pension benefits are not portable meaning you cannot take them with you to your next job’s retirement plan

- Women will own more and more of the businesses – see above , wonder why ?

- lastly the forty hour work week will disappear. You will become a slave , while your boss downsizes and outsources , while the highest percentage of your pay goes to taxes , and faceless government workers , all the while your boss telling you “be lucky that you have a job here”.

God works looks into our hears and anything we do out of love for the Lord has value.  When your boss constantly emphasize that only work related activities  qualify as great service, they imply or more than imply that your life has value only if you are working. Do they not realize that such efforts are not productive but totally unproductive.  To insist and demand an unbalance life is just plain foolish and stupid.  No bargain in the end .  What kind of monster is your boss that he can come to town and prove ” the rules are golden , they are my rules”, regardless of any effect on the worker’s morale or performance.  All to get a few travel points and a few drinks that the manager / boss/ idiot can brag about his perks.   What stupidity and foolishness . Downright evil.
